About AOA Orthopedic Specialists
AOA Orthopedic Specialists has cared for patients in Arlington and the neighboring communities since 1996, when it was founded as Arlington Orthopedic Associates. From its flagship office in Arlington, the practice grew into clinics and physical therapy centers across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, bringing orthopedic surgeons and physiatrists together in one practice. Dr. Jay Pond, one of its original physicians, still sees patients in Arlington. Many of its physicians provided sideline coverage for school and community athletic teams, and the practice donated time, services and supplies to charities across North Texas.
